DZ BANK advises the shareholders of Energietechnik Müller GmbH on the sale to encoviva Group, a portfolio company of Greenpeak Partners 

Energietechnik Müller GmbH is an engineering company for technical building services, providing innovative and integrated solutions across all areas of building technology – including sanitary and heating systems, ventilation and air-conditioning, telecommunications and electrical engineering, building automation, conveying systems, and technical fire protection. In addition, the company offers consulting and quality management services.

The encoviva partnership is a network of independent, specialized companies operating in construction, planning, engineering, and management, and is a portfolio company of Greenpeak Partners.

The merger ensures the succession of the shareholders and future company growth. With Energietechnik Müller GmbH, the encoviva Group gains a competent partner in the field of technical building services (TBS), which optimally complements its strategic alignment and enables the encoviva Group to offer even more comprehensive interdisciplinary solutions for clients and investors.
