Construction & Craft

The M&A market plays an important role in the construction industry in the German Mittelstand. Companies in this sector face specific challenges and at the same time have a wide range of opportunities, for example in the area of digitalisation, the increased demand for sustainable construction and the implementation of innovative technologies. In view of these developments, many medium-sized construction companies are looking for strategic partnerships to expand their business, consolidate their market position or tap into new markets.

Selling the company to a strategic partner or investor as part of an M&A transaction offers companies in the construction industry various advantages. These include access to expanded technical expertise, the opportunity to tap into new customer segments and to scale the business. With the right strategic partnership, medium-sized construction companies can strengthen their competitiveness and meet the challenges of the industry.

A successful M&A transaction in the construction industry can offer medium-sized companies not only financial benefits, but also the opportunity to innovate and expand their offering by working with a suitable partner. M&A allows property developers to open doors for growth potential and long-term success. The M&A market offers property developers the opportunity to strengthen their position in the industry and move successfully into the future.
