Head of Corporate Finance M&A Stuttgart
Martin Petsch has been working in Corporate Finance / M&A since 2004 and, as Managing Director / Head of Industrials & Automotive and is responsible for the acquisition and implementation of M&A mandates in the aforementioned sectors. He can draw on the experience of more than 80 buy- and sell-side advisory projects in Germany and abroad, in which he advised owner-managed companies, large multinationals and investment companies. Martin Petsch also drives the strategic development of the department's range of services and is actively involved in the Advior International network.
Before joining DZ BANK in 2010, Martin Petsch was an Associate Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions division of WestLB in Düsseldorf.
Martin Petsch holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth and successfully completed the Advanced Management for Senior Professionals Program at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
In his private life, Martin Petsch is passionate about travelling to countries near and far and is enthusiastic about start-ups, literature, photographic art and classic cars.
Benedikt Fischer
Managing Director M&A
Benedikt Fischer has been part of the team since 2010 and works in the Stuttgart office. He supports and advises national and international clients comprehensively on company acquisitions and sales, combining his extensive project experience with industry-specific expertise and enthusiasm. He has been involved in numerous, often cross-border, M&A transactions in the industrial SME sector.
Before joining DZ BANK, he gained practical experience at an auditing firm specialising in valuation services and studied business administration in the USA.
In workshops, he regularly imparts theoretical knowledge to interested students of economics and provides in-depth everyday insights into M&A consulting activities.
In his free time, the Düsseldorf native enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and sport.
