With around 120 highly qualified employees, the company based in Sibiu, Romania, offers professional and flexible services for predominantly German premium automotive manufacturers. The high quality standards, great innovative strength and efficient structures make ProIT a sought-after partner for its customers and an attractive employer in the region.

in-tech, based in Garching, Germany, is shaping digitalization in the automotive, rail and industrial sectors. The company develops solutions for the Automotive, Smart City and Smart Factory areas. The company was founded in 2002 and has been consistently growing ever since. in-tech currently employs around 2,000 people at locations in Germany, Austria, the USA, China, the UK, the Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain and Romania.

The combination of the businesses delivers concrete synergy potential that will enable both companies to offer their customers an even broader range of services in the future, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
