Georgi Bontschev has been part of the Frankfurt team in the Corporate Finance / M&A department since 2011. Before joining the firm, he worked for a medium-sized consultancy specialising in M&A and restructuring. He can look back on a large number of successfully completed, often cross-border transactions in various industries. He has proven sector and transaction experience in the healthcare and industrial sectors with a focus on electronics.
Georgi Bontschev studied business administration at the Universities of Mannheim and St. Gallen. He completed his doctorate at the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel with a stop at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
He spends his free time with his family, outdoors and doing sport.
