DZ BANK Corporate Finance advises the shareholders of Arnold und Gladisch Gesellschaft von Architekten mbH on the sale of 100% of their shares to the BKW Group.

 

DZ BANK Corporate Finance has advised the founders and managing partners of Arnold und Gladisch Gesellschaft von Architekten mbH, Frank Arnold and Mathias Gladisch, on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to the Swiss BKW Group.

 

Founded in 1996 and based in Berlin, Arnold und Gladisch Gesellschaft von Architekten mbH is an architectural firm with a focus on security constructions and residential housing. With its approximately 50 employees, the company is mainly active in object planning and general planning. In recent years, the company has successfully completed numerous projects, many of them for the security authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany.
