David Bechert joined the Frankfurt team of the Corporate Finance / M&A department in 2022.

Before joining DZ BANK, he was a senior consultant in EY's transaction advisory practice, focusing on M&A mandates in the German midmarket as well as national and international corporate spin-offs. In addition to various M&A processes in different industries, he has also successfully supported projects in the area of financial due diligence.

David Bechert holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth.

In his private life, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, including cycling and skiing.
